TESTIMONIALS
Over the past eight years, I have been priviledged to know Kevin Rose both as a colleague and a friend. Kevin is one of the most talented therapists I have ever met. His ability to the be present and focused with his clients is impressive, and his compassion for their needs is moving.
As the developer of Craniosacral Therapy and the founder of Upledger Institute I have trained thousands of therapists over the years. In my opinion I believe that Kevin's talents and enthusiasm to serve others places him in the highest ranking among all therapists. I know he rates at the top with me!

Kevin and I were on a camping trip in Pensacola, Florida at Ft. Pickens State Park. This area is a popular spot for Canadian Geese during their winter migration. During our stay, we watched hundreds of geese fly off to their cold weather destination. Except one.
Everyday, we would go to the beach, and everyday there was a goose sitting under the "beach access" sign shading herself from the sun. Next to her was a couple of old coffee cans with seed in one and water in the other. Obvously this goose was injured and someone was taking care of her while she convalesced.
A Park Ranger confirmed our inquests about the goose, telling us that they had seen it injure itself during while landing with the rest of the flock. They reported seeing the flock leave a couple of days later, but this goose was stranded due to her injury. So, they gave her food and water to help regain strength.
One afternoon, Kevin decided to try and help the goose"remotely", as he called it. So, he sat down about 20 feet from the goose and looked like he was concentrating or meditating. After about five minutes, to my amazement, the goose got up, walked over and sat right next to Kevin! He had a frisbee and a bottle of water, so he poured some water in the frisbee, and gave the goose a drink.
After drinking for a minute, the goose laid her head down on her body, and let Kevin work on her for about five minutes. Kevin then stood up and walked back over to were I was and said, "she is done, now watch what happens". The next thing I see is the goose standing up and seemingly stretching her wings. Then she began running and started to fly! I watched flabbergasted as she flew away.
We did not see her for the rest of the week. Hopefully she caught up with the rest of the flock. That had to be the most incredible experience of my life, and it truly displayed Kevin's ability to commune with animals.

Dear Horse Owners,
I want to highly recommend Kevin Rose and his hands-on therapy with horses. His horse-clients exhibit a range of problems, many of which began as injuries and then became chronic conditions. I know because Mr. Rose successfully treated my twelve.-year-old gelding “Augustus King (Gus).” Here’s our testimonial.
Gus’s early life of training and ranch work left him with an odd quirk. Gus could not tolerate a rider coming out of the saddle and back down. A thump would set him off. The experienced rider who always sat deep and stayed deep and steady, would be fine.
Sometimes, however, with even a little bump, Gus has been known to buck really hard and acrobatically. I became more and more uncomfortable letting anyone but ‘experts’ ride him. It seemed that a bump on the saddle hit a button that unwound a tight spring. That spring seemed to wind even tighter when we moved off the ranch in Kentucky and headed south.
Gus and his brother Gill and I moved to the outskirts of Tallahassee Florida on a few acres. Neighborhood and ‘bridle path’ riding have replaced calf roping and ranch work. Gus’s bucking and whirling posed a different problem. I wanted my son and his friends to be safe riding him—but…Gus was getting worse. One bump, and he really made one big bucking suburban blow out. I even toyed with the idea of selling him.
When Mr. Rose offered to drive up from Apopka Florida to work on Gus, I was hopeful. I’d seen Kevin work successfully with other groups of horses, and I’d seen him work with people. But could he do something for Gus who had developed and exhibited his habit over a whole decade of work and leisure riding?
The answer is, “yes he could”. Mr. Rose changed Gus’s life. Not only is the sensitive spot on his back gone now, but he is more cooperative in general and more fun to be around.
I’m giving my son and his friends lessons on Gus. I’ve taken novices trail riding on him. Recently, after a death in our extended family, relatives found great comfort in him and enjoyed his steady, kind trail rides. Yes, the sensitive spot is gone, and something wonderful took its place!
Gus is the perfect gentleman now—a talented horse with all the moves—and a reliable friend who will work with whomever is riding him as a good teammate. He’s willing, and helpful. I could never part with him now.
Please, if you think it can’t be done, call Kevin Rose before you give up. THANK YOU KEVIN!
